Quota
I.THE TOURNAMENT ADJUDICATION CORE MUST CONSIST OF 5 JUDGES;
i.The Chief Adjudicator: The Chief Adjudicator will be a representative of the host institution of the tournament.
ii.Two of the DCAs shall be from Central Thailand.
iii. One DCA must be a representative of a high school. This is to ensure that the views of high schools are also addressed within the adjudication core, as recognition that they are a major part of the tournament, and Thai Debate in general.
iv.One DCA shall represent another University outside of bangkok.
v.We would like to note that this is a temporary measure to ensure quality during this transition process. Our ultimate vision for the future is to allow the DCAs to be selected from Thailand without setting a quota on the sort of institution these DCAs come from

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADJ CORE MEMBERS
a.Must have broken as a debater and/or adjudicator in any of the past two years of the TNDC, EU-Thailand Intervarsity Debating Championship, Asian University Debating Championship, All-Asian Intervarsity Debating Championship, AustralAsians Intervarsity Debating Championship or World University Debating Championship at least once from the final date of ratification of the bid.
b. Must not have been a member of the Adjudication Core of the Championship on more than two occasions.
a. A DCA can choose which institution he/she represents as long as he/she has debated or adjudicated (at the Championship, EU-Thailand Intervarsity Debating Championship, Asian University Debating Championship, All-Asian Intervarsity Debating Championship, AustralAsians Intervarsity Debating Championship or World University Debating Championship) for the institution (while studying in the institution), or, is currently a registered full-time student at the institution.
